These Terms govern your use of idrinklivingwater.com, including the research pages, newsletter, and any content we publish (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Creative House Studios Inc. (“CHS”), based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, on behalf of the I Drink Living Water (“IDLW”) project.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Educational content only — not medical advice

Everything on this Site, including research summaries, interviews, video content, and newsletter material, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not, and is not intended to be, medical, nutritional, legal, or financial advice.

Water quality, hydration, filtration, and health topics vary by individual and by location. Before making decisions based on anything you read here, consult a qualified professional — your doctor, a registered dietitian, a licensed water-quality engineer, or your local public-health authority.

We believe the research we cite is accurate at the time of publication, but we make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Your use of the Site

• Share and cite our research with attribution to “I Drink Living Water” and a link back to the source page
• Not attempt to scrape, bulk-download, or republish the Site’s content without written permission
• Not attempt to probe, test, or breach the Site’s security
• Not misrepresent your identity when submitting forms or signing up for newsletters
• Not use the Site to send spam, malware, or harassing messages through any contact mechanism

Intellectual property

The text, video, imagery, research summaries, and design of the Site are owned by CHS, the IDLW project, or licensed from contributors (featured experts, guest writers, cited researchers).

You may: quote short excerpts for commentary, reporting, or educational purposes with attribution; link to any page on the Site.

You may not: reproduce full pages, re-host videos, re-use imagery for commercial purposes, or claim authorship of our content. For republication or commercial use, email hello@idrinklivingwater.com.

Third-party links and embedded content

The Site links to external research sources, studies, videos, and partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Accessing them is at your own discretion.

No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful code. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHS, IDLW, and our contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
