Stanford neuroscientist with comprehensive water science content
The read Glen’s take, in his words
If you follow neuroscience, chances are you've heard of Dr. Andrew Huberman — Stanford professor, lab director, and one of the most-listened-to voices translating brain science for people outside the field.
What caught my attention is how much of his work keeps landing on water. Hydration and cognition. Mineral balance. Cellular function. He's been connecting water quality to performance in a way the mainstream health conversation mostly ignores.
That's why he belongs in this library. He's not the loudest voice on water — but he's one of the most credible. And when he talks about it, the science is tight.
I wanted you to know where to find him.
